Your Conference my Wish

Ever since I was a child, I have always been intrigued and amazed at how computers work. The way complex things are accomplished through simple steps and how innovations are making it even better.

After graduating from college I started working immediately for an internet shop within the province and got to experience a lot of things which taught me even more about my profession and the business. With the work I was doing, I was introduced to making web sites but somehow lost the enthusiasm along the way mainly because at that time, I found it irrelevant in a way, also questioning its worth.

Then I was introduced to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) which made my narrow ideas burst wide open.

I found myself a friend who won at a contest, Isulong SEOPH. I was inspired to join at their second contest, Ituloy Angsulong, but sadly wasn’t a success.

This time around, they held another competition but to make things more thrilling, they’ve decided to do it in teams with the theme of Bayanihan.

Then through word of mouth, I was informed of a SEMCON to be held in Manila and that they are giving away a Free 2-days pass which would really help me out a lot since the expenses are unattainable with my financial status. I think among others who are interested as much as I am, I deserve the pass. For if I do get that opportunity, not only will I use the knowledge I will obtain for future needs, but I will also impart to others what I have learned.

True success in my opinion, lies in the heart of the selfless.
